I. Spots on the bag
1. The glue roller and aluminum roller are not wiped clean;
2. The bottom of the front and rear pressure plates is not wiped clean;
3. There is dirt on the conveyor belt;
4. There is burnt material on the cutting edge.
Solution:
1. Wipe all parts clean with a cleaning cloth;
2. Clean the bottom of the pressure plate with a printing solvent;
3. Polish with a polishing machine and then clean;
4. Wipe the cutting edge with a wet cloth strip, check if the temperature is normal, and adjust to the appropriate temperature if not.
II. Small holes on the bag
1. Burnt material on the cutting edge;
2. The pressure plate is not pressed well;
3. The speed is too fast;
4. The zipper or gusset is too thick;
5. The discharge roller is damaged.
Solution:
1. Wipe the cutting edge clean and lower the temperature by 5-10 degrees Celsius;
2. Re-press the pressure plate;
3. Adjust the speed;
4. Make the zipper or gusset thinner;
5. Replace the discharge roller.
